Dear Parents, Carers and Visitors,
On behalf of the Governors, Staff and myself, may I extend a welcome to your child from Hillcrest Early Year's Academy.
Undoubtedly a child’s most important formative years are spent in the first phase of education, so you can be assured that my staff and I are sincere in our endeavours to provide the highest standard of education we can for each individual child, according to age, ability and aptitude.
Our Academy will provide your child with a fun and engaging curriculum which includes free trips and workshops. We also provide parent and child learning experiences such as learning together workshops and family friday trips.
Your child will find this school has a happy friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on being part of a community. He or she will, of course be expected to conform to acceptable norms of behaviour and moral standards and to work conscientiously.
As we share a common objective, which is your child’s intellectual, social, emotional and physical development, then it is clear that we as parents and teachers must work together. Consequently, we like to encourage a friendly relationship between home and the Academy, and are happy for you to make an appointment to visit the school at any time of the year to discuss your child’s progress.
If you would like to visit our Academy and look round at any time, please ring us for an appointment.
This website has been designed to provide you with some insight into the nature and operation of the school, and I hope by referring to it, you will find most of the information you require. I must stress however, that whilst most of the information contained in this website is correct at the time of publication, it is subject to change and it may therefore be wise to telephone to check details, which may be of particular concern.
